Steering Committee Meeting of the Subsidiary

1. Joint:
On joint agreement approved by the Central Council of the AMM on 30 December (http://renovaryparticipar.blogspot.com/2011_01_05_archive.html), Dr. Luis Castañiza reported that, for various reasons, no director of our hospital was present, which the joint is not yet published in the Official Gazette and the subsidiary expects a "Power Point" information from the AMM to explain the scope of it, at a future Assembly.
RYP-Tornú , released the minutes of the joint by mail for 20 days and raised at the meeting that it was necessary to clarify certain aspects of it:
* biannual assessment, which allows or not to promote Category (MS or PS):
- Who does it?
- How is implemented?
- What are the evaluation criteria?
- What court of appeal exists, if the assessment is negative?
This "assessment" introduces an amendment to a professional career. Unit list view that such assessments "will not be a source of conflict", nor were the justification of "training hours" implemented in 2005.
From RYP-Tornú prefer that our rights would be better clarified. " *
CyMAT: Locally, define roles, scope, mode of operation. Election of the 4 regular delegates (2) and substitute (2). (Course CyMAT 2010 was conducted by Drs. Castañiza and Burgos, and Drs. Almos and Invernati are current delegates)
* Wages: RYP-Tornú argued that the failure to mention in the joint of the question of salaries, continues to evade the clear the backlog of our salaries with the cost of living. We must begin to discuss wages, regardless of other guild agreements, not to go late.
* 4 days for personal reasons or RP: We do not correspond as reported by phone to Dr. Castañiza, from the AMM.

RYP -Tornú claimed realize the resolutions of this assembly:
· Interview with the curator of the area (station 39 th)
• Plan contingency attacks
· Establishment of committees should develop a project to try to improve situation of our Hospital, in regard to equipment, production areas stand out, presentation and recognition of services and colleagues that they deserve.
• Receiving salary, despite the promise of improving the Meta4, follow the same or worse. Teachers can access their bill on-line since 2008 How difficult is to implement the same for everyone? The branch decided to raise a letter to the director requesting answers
